Be sure to get your orders in this week. These cooler evenings have definitely put me into food preservation mode. Don’t let all of this yummy Summer produce pass you by, start canning, freezing, dehydrating, fermenting and whatever else you do to save warm weather produce! Trust me, you won’t regret having amazing food this Winter.

Oour second and last Ice Cream Social of the year is happening a week THIS Sunday (August 19th from 2-5 pm)! If you haven’t been, we close down the entire street in front of the Grayson Landcare office, set up tents, tables and chairs, and even have a band and children’s activities. Of course, the best part is…the ICE CREAM and yummy toppings! Click here for more information. Please invite your family, friends and neighbors for a great time and a great cause!
