
Egg Bites
A great protein packed breakfast. Make these egg bites on Sunday and have them for breakfast throughout the week.
Ingredients
- 2 heaping tablespoons Tabasco sauce
- 18-21 Eggs
- 2 cups Grated cheese (whatever kind you like - gouda, cheddar, Monterey Jack, munster, etc
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 package Bacon
Instructions
- 1Cook the bacon. Let it cool. Chop it up into small pieces to be sprinkled on top of each egg bite.
- 2Add to a blender - 18-21 eggs, cottage cheese, grated cheese, Tabasco sauce. Blend well.
- 3Pour the mixture into a greased silicone muffin pan. Top with chopped bacon.
- 4Cook for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. *You'll need to cook the egg bites in 2-3 batches.
