(Coriander sativum) Both leaves (cilantro) and seeds (coriander) are used in Chinese, Indian, and Mexican cuisine. Plant monthly successions. Difficult to germinate in hot weather - sow in shade, or keep soil covered and cool until seeds emerge. Self-seeds well in cool weather. Cold-hardy to 15°F.
